Jason Kelly's practice focuses on complex litigation, including catastrophic personal injury cases, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, construction and contract disputes, mechanics’ liens, Miller Act and Little Miller Act litigation, real estate, commercial litigation and professional malpractice claims involving attorneys, insurance producers and real estate agents. His litigation experience began while he was still in law school with criminal trials and his practices includes everything from Registrar of Contractors' hearings to arbitrations, civil trials and the Court of Appeals. In all, he has conducted over 40 trials or arbitrations. Jason also uses his litigation and interpersonal skills as a mediator.  His professional philosophy is that there will always be enough cases to litigate, so compromise should be one  of a counselor's primary goals.  He is a member of the Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame and he teaches youth and adult martial arts, he is a nationally-licensed youth soccer coach, and he volunteers as a youth baseball and basketball coach.
