Cody M. Hall

Cody Hall represents individuals and companies facing a broad range of personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice claims.

"I am dedicated to making sure my clients understand the legal process and what to expect both procedurally and substantively. I want my clients to understand what is at stake and how best to resolve a claim, whether by negotiation with the opposing party or by going to trial."
Cody Hall joined Schneider & Onofry in 2000 as a partner, after working for ten years at a large Phoenix law firm. Cody’s practice has focused on representing individuals and companies facing a broad range of personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice claims. Cody has represented clients in all counties in Arizona and has taken cases to jury trials in Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal and Yavapai counties.

Cody also represents licensed health care professionals who are facing licensing complaints by state administrative agencies and licensing boards. He has helped licensed health care professionals to protect their licenses in response to complaints before the Arizona Medical Board, Arizona State Board of Nursing, Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, Arizona Board of Dental Examiners, and Arizona Board of Physical Therapist Examiners.

Cody also has extensive experience in defending facilities and individuals against allegations of elder abuse and violations of Arizona's Adult Protective Services Act.

In addition to his trial practice, Cody practices before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the State of Arizona.

Away from the office, Cody enjoys running, biking, cooking, learning about wines, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
