Successfully represented the purchaser of a business in a case involving fraud. Fraudulent representations had been made about past sales, and the arbitrator ruled that, in light of the true sales volume, our client overpaid by $300,000. The arbitrator awarded 100% of the attorney’s fees that our clients incurred in representing the purchaser.
Secured sole custody for a father who had been kept from his three minor children for nearly six years. Their mother had intentionally hid them and, without the father’s knowledge, attempted to transfer guardianship of the children to an uncle.
Obtained a defense verdict for a well-known Phoenix Mexican restaurant whose service of salsa was alleged to have caused the plaintiff’s slip and fall.
