Dee Giles' law practice emphasizes representation of owners of commercial properties, apartment complexes and other businesses in litigation matters.

Dee Giles has practiced at Schneider & Onofry since March 2007. His experience includes representing owners of commercial properties, apartment complexes and other businesses in real estate litigation matters. The multi-year Super Lawyers Rising Stars selectee also works in probate and trust administration and estate controversy and litigation, along with employment law. He has represented clients in administrative proceedings before federal and state agencies related to licensing and employment.

Prior to joining Schneider & Onofry, Dee spent two years as a law clerk at the Capital Habeas Unit of the Federal Public Defender where he did appellate work for individuals under sentences of death.

Dee is an Eagle Scout and continues to serve in various leadership positions with the Boy Scouts of America. He is actively involved in other community and church service. He enjoys spending time with his family and in the great outdoors and is a running enthusiast.
