ReNae A. Nachman

ReNae has experience in representing individuals, businesses, bars, restaurants, subcontractors and general contractors against claims of negligence, breach of contract, breach of implied and express warranties, and against claims for indemnity, violations of statutes, and punitive damages.
Her experience also includes litigation of matters involving dram shop liability, personal injury, slip and fall accidents, automobile accidents, traumatic brain injury, construction defects, and veterinarian and dental malpractice.
ReNae has also expanded her practice to include litigation in the areas of violation of vulnerable adult statute claims, temporary restraining orders, guardianship proceedings, estate planning
(including wills, trusts and powers of attorney), probate of an estate, and estate controversies, including objections and challenges to wills or trust agreements.
ReNae earned her law degree at the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003 and received her bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from ASU in 2000.
Outside of the office, ReNae spends time with family and friends and enjoys horses, trail riding, hiking and boating.
